Rule - 125cc Restrictor

Restrictor plates to benefit Leopard Engines.  Restrictor hole size to increase by 0.8mm for Leopards and decrease 0.25 for Rotaxs.

Sealable nuts / bolts must also be fitted on exhaust studs for restrictor plate sealing. Minimum hole size 2mm.

The new restrictors will be enforced on the 1st June.
